Duplicate LCA - Help needed

My labour has approved from Chicago and somehow could not get it.
How do I get duplicate copy?
How long it will take?
Can I use it, any restriction to use duplicate copy instead of orignal which has lost?

----- you can use the duplicate copy and lawyer knows what to write on cover letter when submit LC duplicate copy with I-140 to USCIS
