Duplicate FP problem!!

IN the fuplicate Fps...

Is it written that if you have done ur FP in last 90 days then disregard the notice


I got a duplicate FP notice 10 days after I did my FP. I think it because I changed my address few days before the FP.

Since its under 90 days since I did my FP, I am disregarding the notice.
