I lost on of the three original copies of AP, is there a provision to get the duplicate from USCIS or I can still travel with two copies.... I have already used one though..

BhaiSahab,

My wife has travelled on the AP several times and she did not need more than one of the original. The officers at the POE are not supposed to take the original so one original should be fine. To be safe just take both originals. There is absolutely no need to have three on hand.

How does this AP things work. I got mine last week, two copies. It has a space for official seal. It looks like not more than one stamp can be put there. Also when you exit the country, do you have to do something with your AP (like before you would have given up your I-94).

Thanks in advance

Nop you dont have to do anything when you are leaving. But if you are travelling for the first time then you need to give them your I-94. When you come back they will take it from you and stamp it and give it back to you.
I travelled on AP 2 times and never had any problem.
Good Luck.
