2001 Nov case, no RFE. Primary applicant received 2nd FP notice in May when called before the 800 number established, but INS did not send 2nd FP for derivative.
Primary did the 2nd FP and website updated. INS sent 2nd FP notice for derivative in July, and together with 3rd FP notice for primary.
Went in to local INS, they refuse to do the FP again for the primary as they checked their system saying the previous FP is good.
But still no approval 3 months after the primary took the 2nd FP in May.
Should I insist to take the FP again (3rd FP?) as the notice indicated or it is really a duplicate one?
