Dull Week

yup...no change in AVM even after Fax inquiry.

Lawyer sent an inquiry saying it was more than 120 days after FP for wac-02-035
 
Yeah dull week

Hi Guys ver very very dull week...Already Wednesday and no progress on the case....My friend who had done CP and had filed for it about a week after me has already got his GC stamped 4 months ago and i am still pissing in the wind (pardon my french .....).....

I also feel CP would have been better. I've completed 10 months of filing AOS. I asked the attorney that time and he was strongly against CP after Sep11.

Now only thing we can do is wait, wait & wait ..... forever :eek:

Again another long week-end and no more approvals! INS holiday time :)

yup seems INS has put 485 cases on hold. One thing i have noticed is they are actively working on EAD cases. PPL who had applied EAD in march to june 02 are getting approvals in the mont of august .

I hope the folks at INS have a good labour day weekend so that they can work with more enthusiasm the next week ;-)

ghost-rider, how do you know that even june people are getting approved for EAD ? one of my friends is waiting so just want to pass the info to him...

friend of mine in San jose got his EAD message changed to approved and ordered cards blah blah blahy yesterday on 27 august. he's filed it in the 1st week of june.
 
INS Processing

One thing is very sure that INS does not work in the order...It is all indivdual case to case basis....This is my personal experience,

Couple of my friends from the same company (same region SFO) applied later than me got approved two months back......

Two of my other friends (Same company in a different region) applied later than me who got RFE......

I have crossed 12 months now....Still pending & not assigned.....

Anyways.................Answer to all the questions are "PATIENT...................PATIENT................PATIENT" :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Could you please let us know - how you know it is DN(denial notice). I means what are wordings on AVM, does it give any idea what it may be due to. I have seen in past on this board that some people got DN because of 485 RD in last week of June (remember last year PD became current in July 1).
I'll appreciate any info.

Please refer my previous thread......AVM message didn't say anything about denials....(A written decision is mailed on this case if 14 days is passed....blah blah....)...

But I called up IIO to verify about this....IIO told that AP is denied for some reason...IIO didn't provide the reason & advised to wait on notice....

Last week was dull too

This week is dull. Last week was too. I did notice EAD's getting speeded up. I think INS is concentrating more on EAD's now than 485's.

Strange, EAD's were slow when it was our turn to get EAD's. And now that our turn for 485's comes around, 485's get slow.

What does INS have against us?
 
Sad thing is

No org can represent our right, whatever the INS did or will do to us, we have to take it.:(

I heard about that the Labor will ask for company to do ads again if it is pending for a long time, I wish INS won't do bad things for us any more.

Guys, forget about new approvals until 2nd week of September....

That's what my gut feeling is currently...............;) ;) ;)

Looks like INS is approving. Look there is one guy who got approval yesterday (8/27). Is is that people are not posting?
Request to all: Please post your approvals, do not be silent visitors.

yes looks like INS is approving old cases, hopefully we'll see JIT move this friday for I-485.
