Hi, I hold the GC since 10/07. I had a DUI in 4/07 I pleaded guilty and the court orders was to pay the fines, attend DUI classes and complete 18 months supervision. I completed all court orders and got early termination for the supervision (supervision satisfied) on 9/07. I applied for the citizenship on 9/07 as well and attached the court disposition. Would this DUI delay my application? Thanks

Hold on a minute....you got your green card in 10/07, but applied for citizenship in 9/07? Are you sure those dates are right?
I'm not too familiar with DUI violations, but I do know that the USCIS views those as serious offenses. My advice would be to speak to a good immigration lawyer as soon as possible. USCIS requires 5 years of good moral character before filing the N-400, so they may view the DUI adversely. If the lawyer tells you to wait 5 years before applying, you may still be able to put a stop payment on your check and save yourself the $675.

Consult an attorney and take him to the interview with all documentation. They can figure out how to answer the officer and what documents to present. I strongly suspect that a N400 denial due to only a single DUI incident will be overturned by a federal court and they know it, so a presence of an attorney will help.

So if an attorney is present, the IO may actually allow the application to go forward? I've never had a DUI (knock on wood), and I'm not planning on having one, but it's good to know nonetheless!
The DUI will most certinatly afffect your chances. You may not be denied at all, but it's a possibility. You will need to get all records and such to show the IO etc. I don't know what the ratio of people getting citizenship with DUI's or not is, but I know some have been denied...
