HELP!! DUI & Record clearence

I was going through the posts in this forum.
I had thought that DUI will not cause any problems in my GC.
I had a DUI in Nov'2000 .I have filed my labor and the state has forwarded the file to ATL DOL(03/23/03).
I am yet to file my 140/485.

I had a .08 BAC (on limit).I did plead guilty .I had to too undergo ADETS class,community service and had my license revoked for a year.

I had a h1 transfer after my license was revoked.(had no complications)

i had couple of questions related to my case.
1)Should i be disclosing the DUI information when i file 140/485 concurrently?
2)If yes,what are the documents i need to attach with my file?
3)How can I apply for a record clearance (expunge of records)?


I would be thankful if any of you guys can answer my queries.

what if one already has a green card and had a DUI does that affect the application for citizenship???


if u can point some refrences so he can show them to his lawyer so that they can plead for a lesser charge and dont put it on record
