Dude, Where is my card?

Hi all.
I and my daughter were approved after interview on 10/31/05. At the time of interview, we both submitted I-89 with index FP, signature and 2 PP photos and got our PP stamped (I-551). My daughter (derivative) received her Welcome notice (I-181) and the green card in 40 days and I still have neither. I called 1-800- customer service and they advised me to wait for 60 days. Meanwhile my EAD (4th) got approved on 12/9/05 at the same local office and they sent me a notice asking me to come by and pick it up! What is going on? What should I do?
 
It's only been about six weeks, so I wouldn't worry too much. I would give it until the end of the month. If still nothing, then I would file form G-731 with the appropriate service center:

FYI, my wife (derivative) received her card before mine. Neither of us received a welcome notice. Related cards are not always processed together.
 
Is this form for tracking the actual green card? Then why is it mentioned I-551. I thought 551 is PP stamp. Can you please clarify?
 
1 year waiting time

I had my I-551 stamp in my passport almost 1 year ago, but wait until today i got nothing , neither the welcome letter or the physical green card. My friend just got the approval in his I-485 on 2/14/06 and got the physical green card within 1 week by mail. Oh, what should i do! i am so worry about this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
