Dual Citizenship

Hi Guys,

This one is specific to Indian dual citizenship.

Does anyone have any updates on dual citizenship? Last few news updates seem to indicate it is coming soon but we have heard this before...

I am going to apply for my US passport soon and after that arrives, I need to decide whether to go for PIO card or dual citizenship, if it is happening.

Any pointers appreciated. Thanks.

Looks like there were lots of threads on this one.....
but incidently, as I was browsing throu times of india today's edition...here is some news that PM accepts that dual CZ is delayed and they will work on this...

same o same o...but just came today and good news is that things are now in PM's mind....so will see....may be more updates during some event called "pravasi diva" in Jan.
