Dual A files, how long is the wait to get the file?

I passed the interview but the officer said that she needed to get my other file (perhaps because I was on a F-1 visa) before she could decide on my case. How long will the wait be? Did anyone encounter this same issue? I want to travel in June. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

My timeline:
PD 7/23/07
FP 10/5/07
Interview 3/31/08 at Newark, New Jersey

You can still travel on your Green Card. :)
 
If possible, I hope I can travel after I get my citizenship. I don't want to risk that they ask to go to the oath ceremony while I am away.
