DSP-122 no 6b. Did I fill in wrongly?

I just sent the forms to KCC today but I found out on the internet I should write Yes or No on Degrees(s) or Certificates(s) Received?

Below is how I filled in the form.

Degrees(s) or Certificates(s) Received
BSc (HONS) In Computing
Computer Integration Program
Technician Diploma in Informati
Secondary Education
Secondary Education
Elementary and Secondary

Do I have to send a new form with correct answer to them? Or send them en email to inform?
 
If it's a Yes/No answer that may make more sense to me.. as I too have entered the qualification itself, but thought it was strange (ie: How would they know what this is?)
I haven't submitted yet.. but I think your answer is fine. If something is listed, it's clearly a YES

If im currently in university what do i put on the degrees received part ?

Are u sure that this is a simple yes or no question ?
 
its ok

you dont need to refill in that YES or No, it doesnt make no sense thus you have to indicate what is exctly the degree, cert or diploma you had ... I sent my forms and did the same as you did but you just missed to add: dploma, cerificate and so on ...
