dsatish - Can we draft a letter to Congressmen about the delays in FBI name check/ security check that is causing undue delays to many forum members. Could we talk about this to Mr.Rajiv Khanna?

That's a good idea. We don't need to involve Rajiv in this because he has already enough load on his head (lawsuit). Let's work on it next week.

What is the status of the Law Suit. Is it possible for more members to get involved now ? Just curious to know and I have actually signed the petition when it was on this forum and gave all my details
