Me and my wife did fingerprint on Oct21,2004, my wife's Lud change on 11/08/04 but messes remain same. But for me no change. On Nov.23,my lud also changed but messes remain old:"On april 30,2003 we received finger print results process on this case resumed " There is not any new messes for the new fingerprint, I called FBI regarding my recent fingerprint but unfortunately they dont have any records that i did fingerprit on Oct.21,2004 they have only records for 1st FP on April24th 2003.But they do have records for my wife's case.they got my wife FP-2 on Oct.21st,2004 but not mine they asked me to call USCIS to check in this matter and ask them to resend the fingerprint request again, I called them and they said you have to send letter to vermot service centre regarding this matter whats this?????????? My friends!!! please guide me in this situation what to do and if you have any similar exprience please let me know how to deal with this situation???

I have appointment with my attorney on Thursday i will update after that here. One of this site member GCG faced same problem and he sugested me to call back to FBI and ask them again with Last name or first name instead of A# his FP found by last name. i will call FBI tomorrow again and will discuss with attorney but i need some sugetion from senior members of this forum they may have exprience different problems, i think you are one of the important member of this forum, please help me if you could what i should do? If i redo the FP it will delay my case and problem is two of my fingers are in bad shape now so impossible to give prints i dont know what to do :confused: INS told me to send wirtten letter to them with the problem then they will check.what i should do which would be in best intrest of my case! I want to request all senior members to help me if they exprience the similar problem on this forum.

Around 6 months back lot of people got approved in < 2 months after FP2. Their FP2 status never got updated. It is possible that FP2 is handled in different way than FP1 and thus they are not able to locate the record ( or they update the record only if there is a problem in FP2 ) . Next time you call ask about these possibilities. If you have the local INS paper check that your A# is correct.

You can try contacting local INS office as well. Since your file is being touched I am sure you will get approval soon. Best of luck

I want to inform you guys that I called today again to FBI for my FP-2 and asked them this time by last name and they found my fingerprint and said my fingerprint came to us without A# so i asked them if they could attach it to my A# but they cant.They asked me to call INS. I called ins but they said you ask your attorney to call us. I dont think attorney could call them they are very busy all the time even difficult to talk to them anyway i will meet them soon. Let me know guys what to do???
GCG, what you did in your case?? please let me know and what your attorney told you? i like to hear from all other senior members on this matter.
 
First, let your attorney call INS. I think at this point of time attorney should be your first hope. You can also try taking an appointment with the office where you did your FP and let them know about that. They may take your FP again. Good luck.
