DS230 - question

Do I need to use DS230 sent with the packet? or could I use the one from the internet?

The other thing is if I use the one that came with the packet - in that case will it be okay to hand write them? I am trying to fill the fillable DS230 - but could not fit the indian address in space provided. Please advise if I could hand write the ones that have come.

It is preferable to use the one that came with the package and it is ok to legibly write in pen.
 
Thanks for the reply - one more question - did you use the fillabe form? or do you know somebdoy who has used them? I am bit skeptical about my hand writing those forms - it probably is unnecessary but just worried.

if u have Adobe acrobat writer (not reader), u can edit the field using form tools, if form is permit to edit form fields, u can do change 'fonts' size to make them fit.
