Item 13 on ds-230 part 1 says "Present Address"
Should it be US address or India address?

Seems like everyone fills their US address in there if they are here in US....

I did the same. I want my P4 mailed to my local address in my country and am planning to send a covering letter mentioning that.

You have to give your Indian address for the Local Address field.

Ofcourse some consulate officers don\'t care about what you put though.
