ds230 form - name fields in 2nd part of the pdf are not editable

Hi all,

I've been trying to fill the DS230 from but in the second part(sworn statement) or page 4 of the form, the name(first, last, middle) fields are not writable. So, Do you think it is a bug? or They are intentionally made uneditable/fillable.
Or Should I print out and write the names by hand instead of typing?

I didn't have problems with the form but if you are, print out with the fields blank and handwrite in. Everything must be correct on the form when you send it in.
 
Which OS are you using? I am using Mac OS & Linux. If you are using Windows, I can try with that too.

Ok, I found the problem. There are 2 versions of DS230 available on USCIS site. Old version has no problem and working. But the latest one has this problem. The expiration year for previous form is 2012 (http://travel.state.gov/pdf/DS-0230.pdf) and the latest/problematic one has 2015 as expiration year.
