DS2019 is still valid but funding exhausted

Hi
I have the following questions please help me
(1) My DS2019 expires on August 31st 2007 , and my boss told me that he do not have funding after June 30th
So can i allowed to stay untill august 31st without any problem or am i supposed to leave the country by 30th of June
(2)Also my boss is thinking of working as a volunteer , if this is the case do i have to get a New DS2019 form after June 30th ??
Can any one please help me in this matter
