Please bear with me for asking question again.

In DS 157, Q. LIST NUMBER of countries entered since 10 years.

I have visited countries like Saudi arabia, Emirates (Dubai), Bahrain for employment purpose. Should i write the purpose of visit to those countries. Like
Country Date Purpose.

Saudi Arabia - Feb 1994--- employment
Emirates - March 1996 --- employment.
Bahrain - feb 1998 -- Employment

Or just Saudi Arabia - Feb 1994
Emirates - March 1996
Bahrain --- feb 1998

Iam asking this question, i have just read a question asking about on transit visa entered to emirates. And suggestion was given to give purpose of visit to that country but not duration.

Pl bear with me.

Since March 1999. I have travelled many times out of USA and came back. Do i have to put return date also.

Like
March 1999 - Entered USA
oct 1999 iNDIA Vacation.
Nov 1999 Enter USA
FEB 2000 India vacation

March 2000 Enter USA


Iam too much confused about this...

Please help.
