DS156 / 157 Question.

All.
I have my h1bappointment at chennaiconsulate on 10th. (opt-h1b)

Now. one of the questions in DS 156 or (157 iguess) is
Have you been in the US & for how long?
- IS this based on the VERY FIRST time I entered US on f1?? or is based on the last date of entry into the US?

- and Have you ever been issued a US visa, WHhen & where. ?
I had my F1 restamped at mexico back in aug 2001. Do I have tomention that?? Or only is it only the very first date i got my f1?

Also, I have not yet got an h1b visa right? H1b papers are not h1b visa. So I do not mention that I have an h1b visa.

Generally for both these Qs I have attached a seperate sheet, with details of each -entry/exit/no. of days in US and -all the un/succesful stampings.
