DS form 156, Need Help urgent

Hi everyone,
why there is problem with filling up DS 156 application form,
specially in Nationality, there are no correct Nationality for exmple.

My nationality is supposed to be Nepali but there is country name .
and for other nationality is also have the same problem?

can you check your ownself?
Can you help me out what shall i do?

You mean you can pick Nepal but not Nepali?

Don't worry, just go ahead and pick Nepal, that is the case with all countries on that form.
