DS-3032 Form

I am filing I-130 for my parents who are living oversea. The cases were approved and transferred to the NVC. The next step will be filling out form DS-3032.

Is it ok for my parents to send me the form and I send it to the NVC OR my parents MUST send the form to the NVC directly?

Makes no difference who sends them the form as long as NVC gets it and it is accurately filled in.
