Due to a series of bureaucratic difficulties in my home country, I will likely be able to submit by DS-260 form only in early September (unless I fix said issues, namely the exact date I earned my HS diploma and some details about an ESTA I obtained some years ago, in which case I would attempt to submit the form this month)
I know that last year there were issues due to the DV2021 backlog, is it still the case this year? Would submitting the DS at this date potentially put my DV2023 path in jeopardy, if it isn't processed in time for early July 2023?
I should mention that my CN is quite high (EU 00033XXX) and I'm not exactly in a sure spot to get an interview anyway.
