background info: Filing for my Mother. I-130 is already approved.
Situation: Mother is remarried and has three step children through marriage. 21, 19 and 12

Question: Since i filed for her. When she is filling the ds-230. Can she bring her husband and HIS three kids along. all from me filing for her? will they also get green cards? and if so, what is the process? Thanks

she can bring the husband, if their marriage happened before you turned 18 years old. They can't bring any children - neither his, nor hers. Reread the instructions on I-130.

Thanks LucyMO, you always answer my questions. She got married to him when I was 19, so I guess he and his children are out of luck right now. I read the I-130 again, didnt see where it talked about this situation. I was wondering if you can tell me where I can find this formally written. (so i can speak with authority when informing mother). Thanks
