DS-230 part 2

I'm gonna have medical exam and interview in US embassy in 3 weeks. I just realized that I signed DS-230 part 2 when instruction says that I don't have to sign it. Is it that serious?
 
I don't think it is gonna be a problem becuase you got interview anyway. Please share your interview experience with others.
