A friend of mine sent her forms back to KCC. In her spouse's form, when asked for Petitioners name, she filled his name. She is the winner and he is a beneficiary. I think she should have filled her name or nothing at it, right? What do you think? If mistaken, could she email KCC and fix it?

E-mailing KCC is not an option. She can either resend the forms to KCC and have them process it. This will probably take about two months. OR she can fill out a new form and hand it over to the consular before the interview.

I too have couple mistakes in my forms and I will go with the later one. Hope this helps.

I made the same mistake on my husband and daughters' forms - stating their names as petitioner instead of mine. I sent an email and KCC responded stating that the forms were acceptable for further processing.
