ok i read around in a few places and am totally confused...any help will be greatly appreciated...here is the situation:
1) my parents live in dubai, UAE
2) i live in Chicago, IL
3) since i am a US citizen, I filed for my parent's immigration
4) i have chosen my cousin in Texas as the agent (so my cousin recieves all the correspondances)
5) yesterday my cousin recieved a letter from NVC to submit DS-230...my questions are:
a) who will fill the DS-230? my parents? me? or my cousin?
b) do my parents mail the completed DS-230 forms to US consulate in UAE or will my cousin mail it to NVC?
c) when i checked online, there are two parts: DS-230 part 1 and DS-230 part 2...do my parents have to fill both or just 1?...if they fill both, do they have to mail both also or just mail 1 part n keep the other for consular interview?...please let me know which form has to be filled and by who?
d) any idea as to how many more steps are left after DS-230 before they can book and finally come here??
