DS 230 DV2011 from Argentina South America winner

Hello folks: i just have a few questions about how to procced in the interview, I have applied as divorced, i have to children of 13 years old and other of 3 i filled DS230 for them and sent it to KCC no i have the interview scheduled for dec 21 and the older guy does not want to go to the state,
Any idea about what to do? is there any posibility to get the gc since i have already filled his DS230 and he is listed as beneficiarie. can i tell the CO that he dcided to stay and dont want his GC?

Just read the instructions regarding DV 2011. Here you will find, all the members of your family needs to face the interview. Did u mentioned in the DS form that your elder son will accompany you to US now? or a later time? if u mentioned here as NOW, then just face the interview and during the interview simply inform it to the counselor. As the interview date has been alreay fixed, u cant mail to KCC to correct it. I think they will realize it. Also keep your divorced paper with you.
 
Hi Nighttingle, thanks for your comments, when i filled ds 230 part 1 and part 2 we filled that he whants to travel with me, but now he wants to stay with his father untill he finish high school, that is 4 year ahead, so my question is , can he travel with a diference of 4 years if we move to usa now? or he wont get his gc? can we change that info in the interview stating that he does not want to travel with me and my other son? that means he had to refuse the gc.
