1. Visa Bulletin January, 2009 published. I was two and half months behind the Priority Date
2. My sponsor submitted I-864 and paid $ 70
3. I sent DS-3032.
4. NVC asked my agent for paying Immigration Application Processing Fee$ 400 per person.
5. My agent paid the money.
6. NVC asked for sending DS 230.
7. I sent DS 230 and Photocopies of Civil Documents :)
8. Visa bulletin February, 2009 published. No movement in F3 category. Still I am two and half months behind the Priority Date.

Please help:
1. Is there any progress actually?
2. Will there be any problem as I sent photocopies of Civil Documents? I heard that some people send the originals.
3. When NVC will assign visa number for me?
4. When I will be in USA? Please consider the worst scenario.

Regards,
Swarna

Swarna, there was no progress in the last bulletin for FB3 and I think FB3 has hit a road block at this time with 245i's law as the culprit plus alot of conversion from FB1. It could takes months before you actually see any real meaningful movement after which you are fine...(I maybe wrong though). But for those who have a priority date near to April 31, 2001 and beyond, may GOD help you if Congress don't pass a immigration releif bill. FB1 fliers can tell you of their sufferation in seeing no movements for over a year in the priority date.

Thanks for replying

Aparently seems that it might take several months for my case to become current. Till then, I have nothing to do but looking at the so called luck.
