DS-230 Block 23 and High School /Junior College details

My lawyer wanted me and my wife to fill the High School info in the 23rd Block in DS-230 in addition to the BE Degree as part of the Education Institutions attended. Has anybody done this before ?. Do I have to carry all the proofs like Leaving Cert Copies etc to prove the same during the interview, we have 10th and 12th Mark Sheet and certs, but do they ask all that due to any reason. Just wanted to make sure I have all the docs ready.
 
Your lawyer is correct!!

you need to fill from tenth class to your latest education. You need to carry your tenth class certifcate as well as your spouses. They are additional documents you should keep in case they ask.
