Hi,
I am planning a trip to India this June 2011, and had a question with reference to the "Criminal Section" of the DS 160 form.I had a accident 2 years ago and was arrested and charged with DUI and refusal to submit for breath test.I went to court and the DUI charges were dismissed but had my license suspended for a year for the second charge(refusal to submit for breath test). So i m unsure do i mention yes to this as there was a arrest but DUI charges were dropped. How would this impact my visa stamping?, while every experience is unique at the embassy i was hoping someone could provide with with some insight based on experiences they have had .
Thanks in advance
