DS-157 form question

Hi All,

MY wife is on H4 right now and she will be going for H4 Visa stamping at Mumbai consulate. She has worked on H1 for 1 and half year before we converted her visa back to H4. So question is, do I need to mention about her employer history in DS-157 form since she is not on H1 right now?

Since she had H-1B before, I think, it's better to mention about the employment.

If the DS-157 form asks for it, the applicant has to provide it. Do you see a downside in mentioning it?

So question is, do I need to mention about her employer history in DS-157 form since she is not on H1 right now?

Just want to avoid any question regarding past H1, that's why wanted to avoid if possible. But I guess it's better to mention it.

Why do you want to avoid questions with regards to her H-1B? If your wife did not commit any perjury or fraud in obtaining her H-1B, this thought should not even cross her/your mind.

Just want to avoid any question regarding past H1, that's why wanted to avoid if possible.
