Q 15. HOME ADDRESS.
Can she mention permenant address in india or present address where she is working . Or anything is fine. Her work location is different city.

Q 20. NAME AND ADDRESS OF EMPLOYER
is it going to be employer who applied her H1 or present working company in india.


Q.28 NAME AND TELEPHONE NOS OF PERSON IN US WHO WILL BE STAYING WITH OR
can she metion H1 employer's address ,phone no or ....??

q.37 ARE ANY OF FOLLOWING IN THE US ..
does she need to mention her sister who is on H1.

Q20 It should be the employer sponsoring H1-B

Q28 Yes

Q37 Yes and it should not be an issue since immigration intent is not an issue for H1-B
