In the form DS-156 item # 15 -- The home address should be given of home county( India ) or of USA . I am presently in USA and I have changed my employer and got the approval on H1 transfer.

**** You did not write if it is for Visa revalidation from DOS in US or Visa stamping from Consulate

---- if applying for Visa revalidation in US then write your US home address

if applying for Visa stamp from consulate in India then provide India address
