DS-156 question... Please help.

I am flying to India this week and applying for revalidation at Chennai. In DS-156 Q#22, they are asking "When do you intended to arrive in US (provide specific date if known)". I already got return tickets for june. Should I show this return date details in DS-156?

Almost same question in DS-157. Do we need to provide itinary details to US in that?
