Hai everyone..

I have a couple of questions in DS 156.
I am sending my application today.
Guys if u help me..i would appreciate.

33) Do You Intend To Study in The U.S.?
36) Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?

My questions are..my green card is in processing and i already got EAD card.what should i mention in question no 36 ?
I am almost half way with my masters..what should i answer the question no 33 ?

Please help me..

No. H1b is a dual intent visa meaning one can have the intent to immigrate and h visas cannot be refused solely because of this intent. Almost all other visas can be refused if one has immigrant intent.
