ds-156 Question # 36 --Help Urgent

Hello Gurus,
My Company is processing my green card, i got my 7th year approval based on labor pending for more than a year.
Federal is still pending, i put "yes" for question # 36.
But i found in this forum that only after you apply i-140 you need to put "yes".

If did wrong, are there any options to correct it, because i already sent my papers to st.louis.

----LC is not immigrant application/petition, I-140 is Immigration petition, you have to write NO if only LC filed
