DS-156 ques for H1 extension while I 485 pending

I am planning to get H1 extension stamp from Mumbai. I already have I 140 approved.

But there is a ques on the application .

36. Has someone filed an immigrant petition on your behalf ?

How should i answer this, since the immigrant petition was filed.

Would that go against me in the the H1 extension stamp.
