DS-156 ques for H1 extension while I 485 pending

I am planning to get H1 extension stamp from Mumbai. I already have I 140 approved.

But there is a ques on the application .

36. Has someone filed an immigrant petition on your behalf ?

How should i answer this, since the immigrant petition was filed.

Would that go against me in the the H1 extension stamp.
 
You should say Yes. It does not matter.And in your current status sa 485 pending

------NO problem it will NOT go against you, H1 has dual intent
