DS 156 Help

Hi,
There is a column in DS 156 that need to be filled for H1b Ext stamping. This column asks if any one filed for Migration visa on our behalf (green Card). At Present i got my I-140 approved & I am planning to go to India for H1B ext visa stamping .

So do any body have an Idea if it is going to create a problem if I say Yes to the above question.

Any one got stamped in this scenario please post your expereinces.

answer Yes. No Issues. a h1 can become an immigrant. it is allowed.
