ds-156 data help required

Hi All,

I am currently working in Company X(in Delhi - not yet resigned). My H1b got approved recently from Company Y(in US).
Ds-156 contains a column Current Employer.
My question is that Whose details do I need to fill in this column (X or Y) ?

Also what all documents are required to be carried along for the visa appointment. Request you to please guide and provide pointers for any helpful information.

You should write Company X and not Company Y.
Current employer means on which company's payroll are you registered. In your case it is Company X(Delhi.)
