The option on this column in the electronic version always gets set to "Yes" even if I select "No".

If my visa has expired before, does this actually mean that it was cancelled(automatically)?

Also, does applying for the non-immigrant visa imply that my current visa has expired?

You should select option "No"

I filled out on friday and verified again now. It printed out "No" for option 35. Use some other computer to fill out.
 
Thank you for the clarification. I was almot going to send the forms with the option set to "Yes". The problem was that I was using the Firefox browser and for some reason, this option was being set. I will correct this right away.
