DS-156/157-DS-157 is only for Males or does every H-1B holder has to fill it

I am going to India next week for visa stamping-first time H-1B.I am lil confuse-is Ds-157 only for Males or for all H-1B holders.???

Looks like they require all applicants to fill out form DS 157 irrespective of the gender now.

What's the harm fill both and take with you. Give it if they ask.
