(1)If a person applies for visa revalidation using drop box in India and if by any chance consulate doesn't want to revalidate his visa ( 221g or any other reasons) then Do they send him his passport and everything back or person's passport stays with the consulate until he faces the interview?
(2) Lets say a person didn't get his new visa using drop box and got 221g but he has still his old visa valid then can he come back to USA using that visa?
(3) Do they ever cancel the existing visas in drop box?

---they cant keep Passport it does NOT belong to US, if you are Indian your Passport belongs to YOU and Govt of India they cant keep paasport, But they CAN keep H4 or H1 approval notice with them
