Today i got my social securty number under pending asulym i went to DMV in new jersey to apply for my driving license.
The lady thair start to count the 6 point (EAD=3,social=1,ATM card=1)the total is 5 points.
Sorry you can't apply for DL or NJ ID
. (She said).
I tried explain to her that i am under asulym pending . She said i don't know.
The other documents to get the missing point is (Working ID card,health insurance) and other documents which is not eligible for the asylum pending.
My I94 is under b2 (it is my status when arrived to US before applying to asylum)
Is there any solution for this .
