I am in H4 staying in VA and i went to DMV to attend my written driving test. I was not able to apply driving license since they asked two photo identification documents (from gov, federal..etc)
I have passport (with I-94) and ITIN - dependent tax payer number (they are not considering this document).
Especially in VA, DMV rules are so strict and they are asking for documents/identifications which are not producable by H4 applicants. Some of my friends (in H4) faced the same situation and they are also not able to apply for the license.
Is there a way to get state ID with photo identification or any form that satisfy in this regard?
