My husband and I are F1/F2 visa holders respectively.
Last year in June we went to renew our Driver’s License in Ohio. The lady asked us to bring our I-20. Our 1-20 is expiring on December 2005 so she renewed it till Dec. 2005 for 1.5 years and not for usual 4 years.
We are from Pakistan. We were never out of status and my husband is working towards his doctoral degree.
Is this happened to only us or this is a routine procedure for F1/F2 of any nationality after implementation of new rules.
