Driver's License for H4

I am on H4, just came 1yr back to USA, living in NJ.
I would like to go for written test. Please let me know what documents are needed for 6 points verification

All i have is Indian Passport, ATM Card, bank account/Debit Card, IRS TAX returns(filled jointly along with my husband) and Elizabeth gas bill.

please advice?

go to NJ MVA site and you can read what is needed for 6 point ID. Get Book from MVA it has list of documents for 6 point ID. you may also have to get letter from SSN office that you are not eligible for Social Security number
