Hi,
My case was transferred to Newark local office. Do I have to wear a suit with a tie (like job interview) on the interview day? what kind of questions do I expect?
On the interview letter, they just require passport and I94 form.

Any experience shared here will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Jhon Li

You can dress anyway you want, just dress comfortable and appropriate. You can wear slacks and a shirt. What documents you take depends on the type of case you have you will have to talk to a lawyer about this. They ask you questions based the type of case you filed, if it's employment based, it will be on job description, taxes, employment letters, company information etc. They also ask basic questions on if you ever got arrested, are you a communist, have you ever engaged in illegal activity, etc simple yes or no questions just answer honestly because you will be under oath. Good Luck
