Dramatic slow down in June

Anyone has insider news why June processing is much slower than March, April and May? What is going on? Every day, scan thousands of cases, only
1 or 2 get processed. That's not normal.

If you know any lawyer or any VSC officer, please
ask.

VSC is officially processing AOS up to RD of DEC 15, 2001.

But I saw some Jan 2002 cases were also approved.

Why VSC is processing Jan 2002 cases when there are thousands of NOV, DEC 2001 cases pending?

Is that because of security check?

This wait is so frustrating.

What DO YOU THINK ??????????????
VSC should STOP process the further applications till those left-over 'complex' misleading/ incomplete/security-doubtful applications are complete ? ...:D:D

You guys suck

How do we know if our security check was passed
If your case is assigned to an officer, does it mean your secuity check is passed

This is totally out of control now. FBI is processing our background check lowest priority.

Must be sth happened recently, either delay in FBI check, or the officers switched to do other stuff.

No funds?

Our app fees covered everything already. We are even sponsoring some other activities.

If you pump more money in, BCIS will use it for other "creative" activities.

Let's say they initiate an "express" service for additional $1000 processing fee. Everyone would like to jump in for the service. Without increasing adjudicators at service centers, the approval speed would be exactly the same. Do you think they will employ more people to expedite 485 processes? Or do you think the current employees will work harder to approve more case everyday (unless they can pocket some of the express processing fees which is unlikely)?

She stated that she has met with the heads of the VSC through AILA and they are well aware of the backup, there is a mandate to cut down the processing times, but they also need the resources to do it and they don't have it yet. She stated at this point nothing more can be done.
