Doubt on porting from EB3 to EB2

Hi

I am trying to port my GC from EB3 to EB2.I came out of my old employer and joined a new employer.I am using my EAD.I did not transfer H1B..

For a Labor to be applied a candidate need to have a valid work permit....

I started working on EAD.But my H1B(sponsored by ex employer still valid till next year)

In Perm Process when we try to apply for EB2 which work permit will need to be used...


EAD or H1B(sponsored by ex employer still valid till next year)
